With daily activities planned to help our team find ways to focus on themselves and reconnect with nature, friends and whanau.
Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW), run each year by the Mental Health Foundation, is back this week (from Monday the 23rd to Sunday the 29th September 2019).
The 2019 theme is Explore Your Way to Wellbeing – Whāia Te Ara Hauora, Whitiora.
The week is an opportunity for to explore the experiences, actions, relationships and surroundings that make us feel good and uplift our wellbeing.
SUB60 realises the importance of looking after our mental health and as such we will be participating in Mental Health Awareness Week. We see this as a time where our people can take time to pause and reflect on things that truly matter.
