JANUARY2022

During the COVID-19 Protection Framework, SUB60 continues to deliver.

SUB60 Couriers continues to operate and deliver freight on behalf of businesses that are open to trade as allowed by Government through the different COVID-19 Protection Framework Levels (traffic lights).
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we are doing all we can to manage during challenging times and we will do all we can to assist in any way possible. We would also ask that you check your delivery points are open before booking a job, this will ensure you are not being charged for the attempted delivery and the items returned.

TRAFFIC LIGHT ORANGE

Contactless pick-ups and deliveries will continue

Pick-ups – Please have a pick-up space available for our driver that is safely distanced from other people for contactless pick-ups.
Deliveries – Contactless deliveries are performed during Traffic Light Orange.

TRAFFIC LIGHT RED

There are no restrictions on the type of freight we can move through our network at Traffic Light Red.
Putting safety first means there may be additional time take to deliver some freight and there may be a delay in the standard response times to queries.

Contactless pick-ups and deliveries will continue.

Pick-ups – Please have a pick-up space available for our driver that is safely distanced from other people for contactless pick-ups.

How does contact-less pick up work?

  1. Choose a safe and accessible place on your property to leave parcels for collection (a minimum of two metres from others)
  2. Book a pick up as you would normally do and leave the parcels in that safe place
  3. Our driver will arrive and collect those parcels

Please note: If our driver deems the pick-up location to be unsafe or inaccessible, they won’t complete the pick up.

Deliveries – Please have a space available for our driver that is safely distanced for other people for contactless deliveries.  A proof of delivery can still be performed and remain contactless.

How does contact-less delivery work?

  1. Our delivery driver arrives at your premises and alerts you that they have arrived e.g. knock on your door
  2. Our delivery driver will stand about 2 meters away from you and ask for your name, then they will enter it and sign ‘C.D.’ (Contact-less Delivery) on your behalf
  3. They’ll then place your parcel down in front of them to complete the delivery or in a more appropriate place you indicate e.g. the desk or doorstep

For business deliveries, please note:  Please ensure that full access for delivering to a safe place is planned as you return to working from your business.

For home deliveries, please note: If our driver deems a delivery location to be unsafe or inaccessible, they will leave a missed delivery card as per usual.
